About Newton

Who is Newton Campos in one minute?

With almost 20 years of experience in Marketing for technology and educational services, I have been known during my entire professional life as a guy who makes things happen through the extensive use of innovative actions and reliable networks.

Having lived in four different continents, in Brazil, Australia, Spain, India and France, and having passed through respected companies and academic institutions like ORT Institute of Technology, PUC-SP Catholic University of Sao Paulo, PWC PricewaterhouseCoopers, Telefonica, IIM Indian Institute of Management, FGV-SP Getulio Vargas Foundation and IE Business School, I have developed a long list of successful achievements in the International Marketing and Higher Education arenas.

Currently, I’m based in Spain again, working with the brilliant group of people that build some of the best Blended programs in the world (with Blended meaning Online + Face-to-face), all ranked top 5 in their categories. In parallel, Newton keeps researching, teaching and writing cases on creation and composition of entrepreneurial teams in emerging markets, as well as developing Publiere.com, a promising start-up in the convergent areas of the Online and Offline Media industries.

Languages I can use to exchange info: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
Languages I intend to learn in the next years: Italian, Hindi and Bengali.

  • About this page

Welcome to my web log. This is just a humble space designed to make public some of my "irresponsible" thoughts about:
1.Capitalism: How human values are absorbing market values around the globe? 2.Entrepreneurship: How human driven innovation can take advantage of that process to enhance our journey towards a more balanced development?
3.Travel: How different settlements of living beings around the world can be source of intellectual emancipation?
